It’s the nerve wrecking global tour some says, while some says it was too much of exertion on her part that landed singer Amy Winehouse straight away in the hospital bed.
The spokesperson for Winehouse confirms that it happened all of a sudden; the singer was hospitalized in University College London Hospital on Wednesday morning, as she momentarily faded out due to ’severe exhaustion’ as report says. Although after a few hours of treatment she was discharged but with a clear warning from the doctors that she has to be completely on rest for the moment.
Winehouse’s sudden health hazard have led to the cancellation of many of her scheduled concerts in Norway and Denmark and its definitely a hit and miss for the singer as she couldn’t take part in the Oya Music festival set in Oslo, Norway.
It seems that the singers spokesperson didn’t even inform the fest organizers about her cancellation as they reports that neither Winehouse nor did her representative gave any kind of explanation for her sudden cancellation. The singer’s crew had already arrived much earlier for the Wednesday night event; in fact the sound check was on roll when the group was notified about the singers sudden development.
Winehouse’s rep said that the singer wouldn’t be performing for quite a few days now and will be taking a break as advised by the doctors, which is necessary for the singer to get back in action again.
