This is a good way of gaining publicity, especially celebs never miss the chance to be in limelight just by joining rehab. This time it’s Robbie Williams’ turn, he has entered rehab for publicity, sorry, I mean to be treated for a dependency on prescription drugs.
The former ‘Take That,’ star who turned 33 today entered the rehab in US. His spokeswoman Bryony Watts said,
Robbie Williams has been admitted into a treatment centre in America for his dependency on prescription drugs.
There will be no further comment on this matter.
This is not for the first time that Williams has entered rehab. British star was previously admitted into rehab in 1995.
American model Lisa D’Amato, who claims that she had a relationship with Williams said that Williams used antidepressants. She said,
It was clear he was struggling with his mind. He doesn’t drink, but he needs anti-depressants to get him through the day. A lot of the time he seemed on edge.
Williams is a great singer and I hope this time he’ll be able to get rid of alcohol and drugs.
