R.E.M the American based rock band will unveil material intended for its 14th studio album during a five-night run of live dates in Dublin this summer: June 30th, July 1st, July 3rd, July 4th, and July 5th.at the Olympia Theater.
It will be for the first time in decade that they will play new songs live before these songs appeared on an album. Interesting!
In early 1980, the R.E.M band was formed.Sometime back, it reported that they will record album in the coming months with producer Jacknife Lee (U2, Snow Patrol Bloc Party and Aqualung). The title is not yet decided but that’s for sure it will hit the stores via Warner Bros.
Drummer Bill Berry, guitarist Peter Buck, bassist Mike Mills, and vocalist Michael Stipe are working hard for this 5 nights show in Dublin.
