Eminem has had too much of her trash talking ex-wife Kim and is taking her to court to put a stop on her trash-talking about him. The twice married and divorced couple are filled to the brim with hatred for each other.
Eminem aka Marshall Mathers has filed a motion intended to prevent ex-wife Kim Mathers from disparaging him in ways that he believes could harm their 11-year-old daughter, Hailie and is scheduled to appear in Macomb Circuit Court on Monday in this regards.
The motion seeks to prevent Kim from making ‘derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory and otherwise negative comments’ that would have a negative effect on the 11-year-old child.
The motion further highlights the fact that Eminem is an internationaly famous figure and with his personal life always under media scanners, the exaggerated event would further embarass the child.
The couple was first married in 1999 and divorced several years later. They were remarried in January 2006 but again to be divorced in december 2006. The couple agreed in an out-of-court settlement to share custody of Hailie.
The hatred between the couple can be figured out by the song Kim written by Eminem that goes on to tell about a husband who puts his baby to bed, then kidnaps and murders his wife, and by the poison filled words of Kim as she retorted back in a venomous way. Kim had said:
I can’t stand him. He’s an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day. I vomit in my mouth whenever I’m around him or I hear his name. There’s nothing left in me for him. Nothing at all.
And the event of Eminem going to court will surely put an end to this trash rap by the couple and it won’t be surprising if the court gives a second thought on Hailie’s shared custody.
