It seems that Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue’s health won’t let her come back to her singing career. Earlier she was diagnosed with breast-cancer in May 2005 and survived after a year-long battle with the breast cancer. Now ‘Can’t Get You out of My Head’ singer was ready to come back into her singing career but again a respiratory infection caught her and forced her to cancel two concerts. She has to cancel the concerts in Britain on doctor’s advice because of a ‘moderately severe’ respiratory infection.
Minogue’s rep John Bills revealed that Minogue only managed to perform half of a scheduled 2 1/2-hour concert Saturday in Manchester Evening News (MEN), northern England, because of the infection.
The two cancelled ‘Showgirl Homecoming Tour’ concerts were slated for January 15 and 16, but organizers said they might be rescheduled depending on Minogue’s health.

The 38-year-old singer’s publicist said,
She is not going to perform tomorrow or on Tuesday. Kylie has been diagnosed by doctors as having a moderately severe respiratory tract infection and doctors have insisted that she not perform in the immediate future.
Fans with tickets for the two cancelled concerts are advised to hang onto them until a decision is made about whether they will happen at a later date and will be refunded if the cancelled concerts are not rescheduled.
According to a statement posted on the arena’s Web site:
The MEN Arena is advising anyone with tickets for tonight or tomorrow night’s performance to hold onto them until a decision has been made whether the above concerts can be rescheduled as tickets will remain valid for any new Manchester dates.
Besides concerts, Minogue is also working on her albums and recently revealed her perfume ‘Darling’ and children’s book ‘The Showgirl Princess.’ The singer was recently crowned as the ‘Best Dressed Celeb’ by the Glamour magazine and most famous next to queen.
