American Idol is the most watched show and judges like Randy Jackson select the best Idol - now Mariah Carey wants some of his expertise to spice up her show. 
Mariah is determined to give the very best for her first tour since 2003. Wanting to re-sing some of her oldies she has called on friend Jackson to spice it up.
She tells:
Randy Jackson is my musical director, and he has been for many years, even before American Idol.
She will visit 30 cities for her tour - starting from Aug. 5 in Miami and ends Oct. 10 in Pheonix.
Mariah is sentimental about her three Grammy winning, new album The Emancipation of Mimi. She confesses:
These new songs mean so much to me, this time of my life has been so wonderful for me, and I want to experience that with my fans.
