Pavarotti has retired from the music scene some three years ago but when he discovered during his farewell tour last year that he is suffering from pancreatic cancer, he decided to record sacred songs. According to report, Pavarotti is utilizing his time quite admirably. On one hand, he is recording songs in his home at Modena. On the other hand, he is also enjoying his life with family especially with his three-year-old daughter in the swimming pool.
