Rapper and style icon, Lil’ Kim is teaming up with rap mogul Diddy for a remix of his latest single ‘Last Night.’
At the same time, the Brooklyn native is also making a foray into television by ‘The Search for the Next Doll,’ a reality show.
The original single ‘Last Night’ track, which originally featured Keyshia Cole has been remixed with a few verses by Lil’ Kim. Rapper Busta Rhymes has also contributed to the remixed track. Diddy said,
The success of ‘Last Night’ has truly been a blessing. And you know I had to do a remix ... It feels great to be working with Lil’ Kim again after all these years.
The Grammy Award winning rapstress who recently completed a stint in a Philadelphia prison, from which she was released in July 2006 is also working on a book, titled ‘Price of Loyalty,’ which is scheduled to released later this year. She’s also working towards the launch of her clothing line, 24-7-Star. If all this is not enough, she is also helping the poor and unprivileged through her non-profit organization, Lil’ Kim Cares.
Kim said,
We’ve always had amazing chemistry together. It was a great feeling to pick back up where we left off years ago and do it again.
