Fresh UK band Kaiser Chiefs was honored with three top prizes, Best British Group of the Year, Best Live Act and Rock Act, at the Brit Awards in London on Wednesday. Song writer James Blunt grabbed two awards and the Arctic Monkeys was judged the best breakthrough act of the year.
Evergreen Superstar Madonna was judged the International Female Artist of the Year. Blunt received awards for the Best British Male Artist and as Best Pop Act. Coldplay scooped the awards for the Best British Album and the Best British Single of the Year for Speed of Sound.
