Rapper Kid Rock has been charged by Maurice Foreman from Kentucky that he has used latter’s material for his first single ‘So Hot’ from the album ‘Rock N Roll Jesus’.

Foreman accuses that Rock has used same guitar notes that he had used in his ‘Slow Death’, which was written in 1997 and copyrighted at the same time. Not only this as Rock also faces the accusation of singing ‘So Hott’ three times in the chorus (just like Forman’s ‘Slow Death’).

As a matter of fact after listening to both the songs, Foreman’s song seems to be recorded on eight-track tape-era medium. It is very likely that Rock may have heard the track and got inspired by it.

Earlier Rock had also admitted that his song ‘So Hot’ is inspired by AC/DC musicians. The song, a sex-fueled rocker has become a ‘mega hit’ on the charts. It reached No. 2 on Mainstream Rock Chart and N0.3 on Modern Rock chart.
