The famous English band, The Rolling Stones has changed the location of its concert in Serbia. On 14 July they were going to perform at Belgrade, a place near horse
stable. Serbian animal rights activists protested that the noisy concert would distress the horses. More than 80,000 tickets are being sold for the concert as Serbs hope to finally see the legendary rock band in their capital. Earlier in 2003, they had to cancel a concert because of assassination of the then Prime Minister, Zoran Djindjic. They also canceled their concert last year when guitarist Keith Richards suffered a head injury. According to Raka Maric of Music Star Productions the concert will now take place in a vast public park in the Serbian capital. Due to change in concert’s venue, horses will not be able to enjoy Stones’s rocking music! Poor creatures!
