Live Earth is a great effort that will bring together more than 150 artists and 2 billion people from around the globe. Series of concert events will take place in all 7 continents for around 24 hrs. Main motive of Live Earth Concerts is to inspire and motivate everybody on this planet Earth to help solve the climate crisis.
Live Earth concerts are to be performed at Giants Stadium in New York; Wembley Stadium in London; Aussie Stadium in Sydney; Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro; the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg; Makuhari Messe in Tokyo; the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai; and HSH Nordbank Arena in Hamburg.
Concerts in Australia and Japan have already been kicked off by Al Gore, former Vice President of US. Mr. Al Gore urged rock fans to join the fight against global warming. Other concerts are scheduled to be started at following timings
1) China – 11:00 GMT
2) Germany – 12:00 GMT
3) UK – 12:30 GMT
4) USA-DC – 14:20 GMT
5) SA – 16:30 GMT
6) USA-New York – 18:30 GMT
7) Brazil – 19:00 GMT

MSN and Chevy has joined hands to broadcast live concerts using World Wide Web on their special Live Earth WEBSITE to make sure that every one gets a chance to be part of the humongous event. Concerts can also be heard using World Space Radio Services on branded channels- Flava (Channel 204), Radio Voyager (Channel 11) and UPop (Channel 29).
