Jamie Foxx and Mary J. Blige were the blessed ones the 21st Anniversary Soul Train Music Awards. They both won the best album awards in the male and female categary respectively.
Jamie Foxx won the best male album award for his hyper album ‘Unpredictable‘.
It was a blessed moment for Blige as she won the best female album award for ‘The Breakthrough’.
John Legend won the award for best male single for ‘Save Room’. And it was the obvious choice Beyonce who won the best female single for ‘Irreplaceable’.
The other major award, the Sammy Davis Jr. Award for ‘Entertainer of the Year’, went to Jennifer Hudson, who last month won a best supporting actress Oscar for the movie musical ‘Dreamgirls’.
