Here are one politically conscious musicians - the Dave Matthews Band. The band has takes on a Headcount Midterms Matter election campaign. The band by embarking on this mission would inspire all fans to cast their vote and register voters themselves.
The band cooperates with Headcount, an all-volunteer operation, which will appear at more than thirty concert events nationwide to enlist voters for the upcoming midterm elections.
Concerts will be organized in Summer Camp, Wakarusa Festival, Bonnaroo, All Good Festival, 10,000 Lakes Festival and Randall’s Island Festival. Here, the band along with ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND, O.A.R., UMPHREY’S McGEE, MOE., DISCO BISCUITS, TREY ANASTASIO, MIKE GORDON, GOV’T MULE, RATDOG and PHIL LESH AND FRIENDS would persuade to take the political move.
