I once heard that Coldplay ‘We won’t see you for a long time.’ COLDPLAY QUIT, the headlines in different newspapers screamed. I think its the thing about becoming a bigger band and their statements get made to be bigger than they really are.
Anyways, Coldplay is by far one of the hottest bands and they are clearly escalating to the same level of bands like Radiohead and U2 and now the highly anticipated 4th Coldplay studio album is set to be released in late 2007, and there is already evidence that material has been written. And a brand new Coldplay song titled ‘Bucket For A Crown’ is a new song I came across while searching for some Coldplay images.
X&Y was an absolutely brilliant album that was bound to be an instant classic. The album as it was ’silent screaming’ The album just has a huge wall of sound that’s really loud without sounding like Metallica. That was a loud, rocking album with incredible guitar work that bounds the listener from the first listen.
Now the Rock group Coldplay are to premiere a host of new songs during “intimate” concerts on a tour of Latin America. They will visit Argentina, Brazil and Chile in February and Mexico in March to play “much smaller capacity venues” than those on their recent world tour. They will try out the material they had been writing for their forthcoming fourth album. Coldplay’s tour will begin with three gigs at the Espacio Riesco in the Chilean capital of Santiago on 14, 15 and 16 February.
