bob dylanI cannot agree with the 65 year old rocker who is about to release his self-produced 31st album, more. He laments on the poor sound quality of contemporary music recording, labelling it as “atrocious”. He adds:

I don’t know anybody who’s made a record that sounds decent in the past twenty years, really. We all like records that are played on record players, but let’s face it, those days are gone. CDs are small. There’s no stature to it.

I miss those days too, when I had no regrests about buying a brand new album for I had the assurance that it was going to be as satisfying as the earlier releases. Those days for me were the late 80’s and early 90’s when music was but pure ‘Rock and Roll’. I truly belive the contemporary musicians are yet to reach the pinnacle of music that the rockers had achieved then.

Well, this is my cold blooded opinion and I believe many other music lovers’ opinion too. If you dont agree with me alteast you can believe what the legend, Dylan says.
