Ex- Destiny’s Child, Beyonce wants an all girl band to back her up for her B’Day concerts. On Monday, she will he holding an open audition all over US for keyboard players, bassists, guitarists, horn players, percussionists and drummers.
However, it is not just for anybody ‘ first, you have to be a ‘looker’, be at least 18 years, have a voice and the spirit to recreate ‘Work It Out’ as performed on the ‘Beyonc’: Live at Wembley’ DVD.
Auditions will be held at New Jersey’s SST; Atlanta’s Crossover Entertainment Studios; Burbank, California’s Center Staging; Chicago’s Pressure Point Recording Studios; or Houston’s VT2 Studios. Finalists must be available to fly to New York to perform for Beyonc’ later in the week and will begin work by June 20.
