Beyonce Knowles performed recently performed at St.Louis, Missouri, US. But, things didn’t go that well in the concert. The accident happened on Sunday night just as the R&B concert started. What was the cause? Well, the answer is fireworks. Part of the pyrotechnics accidentally ’spilled’ in the front row.
The fireworks display at the initial stage of the concert were unfortunately all over the seats. Two people were injured. the R & B star herself paid an emergency room visit to the patients. The names of the victims have not been disclosed.
This was more of a surprise for the injured concert goers at the hospital. Beyonce paid a surprise visit. It was kept on a low profile.
The head nurse at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital (where the injured people were taken) was pleased and rather amazed to see Beyonce visiting the emergency room.
She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience. It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them.
This clearly shows the type of the person she is. I don’t care about the media hype. But, I think she is a really caring person. She just wanted to spend time with her injured audience which is a very human thing to do.
The 25 year old star is a five times Grammy awards winner. Her world tour opened in April and started at Tokyo and would run till September. She got the Grammy for “Dangerously in Love”.
Besides Tokyo and St.Louis, she would be stopping by New Orleans, Dallas, New York City, Washington, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. I wish her the best. Hardly any rock star cares this much for their audience.
