In continuation to the 1991 legal battle between Apple computers and Apple Corp. owned by Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono and the estate of George Harrison the battle ensues with Apple corp filing for liability and an injunction against Apple computers for using Apple (trade) marks in songs downloaded from the iTunes Music Stores.

It was disclosed in court that Apple Computer’s advertisement had the company logo prominently featured on a Coldplay song downloaded from iTunes.

Apple Computer counsel Anthony is yet to give his statement while Apple corps refuses to give any Beatles songs for sale through any online services.
